White cabbage, squash, capers and feta salad

The salad:

half a white cabbage cut in small little bits (grain like)
a handful of capers in salt washed (the salad really needs the salty! you may also try with anchovy!)
4 tbs of cooked quinoa 
1/2 of a roasted butternut squash (roast with thyme, rosemary and E.V. olive oil)
1 small broccoli head boiled 
1/2 a pack of medium feta cheese cut in tiny small bits
3 tbs of roasted sesame seeds
mixed leaves to taste I like a mix of rocket, spinach and watercress

The vinaigrette 
2.5 tbs of balsamic vinegar
2 tsp of pomegranate
1 pinch of salt
1 and a half tbs of E.V. olive oil
